For the southern European market we developed a new slicing knife set for cutting half slices of e.g. lemons, oranges, and limes in one working step. This halving slice set can be used on our handcutters, our semi automatic slicing and wedging machine F2000 as well as on our automatic high speed slicer F3000.
During the development we focused on a high cut quality, which we already serve with normal slices.
Cutting half slices will mostly be important for cocktail bars, restaurants etc.
